If you decided to take the case outside SHANY formal support procedure, then you waive your rights to use SHANY support or its formal customer satisfaction procedures.

Color Information

SHANY tries to accurately display the colors of products, however the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or screen and may not be accurate.

Abuse of services and products:

Return, refund, and exchange policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within thirty (30) days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

Purchases made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store or warehouse. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on products from the As-Is department or products that are purchased from SHANY affiliates or auction websites. All SHANY resellers must offer 30 days no question asked return and exchange policy. You can find the list of authorized resellers in our website map. Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. You are responsible to ship the item back to our store, warehouse or fulfilment canter at your own cost.

To RETURN an item you can fill up our RMA form available at RETURN section of our website and return authorization will be issued for your order within 48 hours.You are requested to print the RMA and attach it to the same box as you received. You are responsible to protect the items from any future damages and ship the items to the designated return canter. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the merchandise and issue a refund based on our observations. SHANY offers a full refund on all NEW products and customers abusing this policy will not be refunded and will be banned from future transactions and site usages.

Warranty

All products purchased from SHANY authorized resellers or SHANY websites or store that come with a written WARRANTY INFORMATION inside their boxes, or shown on the product detail pages, are covered for one year (1 YEAR) from the date of registration limited liability warranty. To obtain more information or register your product for warranty, you should visit www.shanycosmetics.com/Warrant or find the warranty information link on our website map. To use the warranty, you are required to register the product within 30 days of purchase. If a fix is necessary, you will need to contact our customer support team to make a warrant claim. You will also need to ship the item to our warehouse or repair canter and pay for the shipment. Our warranty will cover all the labours and materials mentioned in warranty information only. Misuse of products or damages occurred during tasks that are not covered in warranty information are not covered. To ensure all of our customers and fans are satisfied with our warranty information, discuss your issue not listed in warranty information and our team will try their best to meet your expectation if feasible.

Holidays and special events

During holiday rush or special events, we may experience a large volume of ordersand calls. There might be delay in shipments or customer support responses. We encourage you to be patient and communicate with your account manager. For example, during Black Friday, all orders are shipped with 2 to 5 business day delay. We will try our best to minimize this inconvenience as much as possible. Your cooperation with us during this time is greatly appreciated.

General

Any claim or dispute between you and SHANY that arises in whole or in part from the site or the services will be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas. If any provision or section of the following terms and conditions are deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these terms and conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and SHANY’s failure to assert any right or provision under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms of Use and all related documents be drawn up in English. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you and SHANY agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the sites and the interactive services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
